RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY 

RETURNS

We do not offer returns on our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us from the contact page within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include pictures of the damages in your email.

EXCHANGES

Our exchange policy is in effect for 14 days. The 14 days is determined upon the date your product has been delivered up to the date you make your claim.

Your exchange eligibility is predicated on the notion that the item is unused, unopened, and remains in the original packaging. 

To complete an exchange, email us from the contact page with your Order Number# in the Headline of your message area to start a case; with details regarding the exchange. Additionally, please provide proof of purchase for a faster resolution. 

Exchange postage will be at the cost of the consumer. Once we receive your item, it will be inspected and determined if an exchange will be processed. All exchanges will be sent back to the customer without charge.
